What makes up the Regen Data Stream? Data posts, or an upload of any kind of data and description. Think anything from monitoring reports to photos of a project’s progress. This feature leverages Regen Ledger’s data module to anchor each post.
When a data post is created, it anchors data on Regen Ledger and stores it in RND servers. These anchored references can then be signed by various stakeholders to attest to the veracity of the data. Multiple data posts come together as the Regen Data Stream. As data is uploaded, it appears as a chronological stream on the project page, providing a visual representation of the project’s progress over time.
Data Posts in the Regen Data Stream replace outdated, bulky PDFs with dynamic, easy-to-update entries that can include anything from field photos to satellite imagery. This flexibility helps build ongoing trust and transparency. Through this functionality, we’re supporting a cultural shift to help people engage earlier in the process and expand how the Regen App can be used.
